History
Digital Services or just ‘DSN’ was formed in 2006, with a mission to supply a personal, high quality, cost effective service to fill a gap in the market, that was not being serviced by existing IT and Weighing Industry service suppliers.
Our Directors had spent many years in the Weighing and IT Industries, which initially lead to supplying repairs to electronic scales. After a short period we were networking and selling scales, and became Salter Brecknell Approved Service Partners, and Avery Weigh-Tronix Retail Sales Agents.
Whilst expanding our product range of scales from small scientific balances, through desktop balances and counters, to platforms, head-works and crane scales, we started our Calibration service. From the smallest units, to largest vehicle weigh bridges, our Calibration service supplies Certificates that are fully traceable back to National Standards.
We did not forget our IT roots though, and we expanded our product catalogue to supply IT Support for Local Authorities, Defence Contractors and Public Services, Technical Support for the Vehicle Tracking Industry, as well as assisting in PC, Laptop and Mac hardware repairs and servicing, we also supply a PC Cleansing service, for clients concerned about workstation hygiene.
We assist on large scale hardware deployments of hardware in secured environments.
